Every pickup includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional waiting is billed at $1.00 per minute. Airport arrivals receive extended grace through live flight tracking.
All airport pickups are flight-tracked in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, we adjust your pickup at no extra charge.
Cancel 12+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 12 hours, reservations are non-refundable (any prepaid gratuity is refunded on request). Prepaid bookings are refunded to your original card.
The full fare is charged if a passenger cannot be located at the pickup point. Can’t find your chauffeur? Please call us at (323) 892-9003 before leaving.
