How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For weddings, festivals, and special events, the earlier the better — peak weekends fill up fast. Same-day reservations are accepted subject to availability; call us directly for last-minute requests.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full booked amount.
Do you provide service outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We service all of Los Angeles and Orange County, plus extended trips to San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, and beyond. Long-distance trips are quoted on request.
Is gratuity included in your rates?
No. Our published rates do not include gratuity. A 20% gratuity is standard for chauffeur service and is appreciated for excellent service.
What airports do you serve?
We provide flight-tracked pickup and drop-off at LAX (Los Angeles International), SNA (John Wayne / Orange County), LGB (Long Beach), and BUR (Hollywood Burbank). For private aviation at Van Nuys or Santa Monica, please call to coordinate.
What if my flight is delayed?
All airport pickups include flight tracking. Your chauffeur monitors your arrival in real time and adjusts pickup to match. We also offer 30 minutes of complimentary wait time on every airport pickup.
Do you offer child car seats?
Yes. Booster seats, forward-facing, and rear-facing seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please note your needs when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and corporate accounts. A credit card is required to hold every reservation. Payment is processed after the trip completes.
Can I make a corporate account?
Absolutely. We offer corporate billing with monthly invoicing, dedicated account managers, and priority dispatch. Contact our corporate desk to set up an account.
Are your vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes. All vehicles are commercially licensed by the California PUC, fully insured, and meticulously maintained. Every chauffeur is licensed, background-checked, and trained in defensive driving.
